SAP LOG Consultant (AMS)
Task relating AMS Functional consultant is as followings:
- Receive incident reported from customer: complete incident description, verify priority, confirm component or product area, determine whether the inquiry is related to an error or requires consulting work.
- Actively check and fix AMS issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AMS issues in a timely manager.
- Coordinate with cross- functional consultants and customers to resolve integrated issues.
- Track issue status, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Participate and support implementing new project, project change request (PCR).
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Desired Skills
- 4+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP MM
- Experience working in SAP full-cycle projects
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in SAP LOG processess.
- Experience mentoring of junior/ fresher
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision
- Capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with other team members.
- Strong knowledge of LOG functional foundation and strong problem-solving skills: configuration, build-up FS, test case document
- Have knowledge/experience in other modules in LOG (such as SD, MM, PM, PP, QM, WM, EWM, etc.), integrating between LOG modules and other modules or other systems such as: FICO, E-invoice, IDOC… is a plus
- Knowledge or experience in S4HANA (onpremise/ cloud).
- Experience with other SAP solutions such as SAP Ariba, CRM, or related SAP products is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
