SAP FICO Consultant (CO-PA)
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will be anchored in driving the full lifecycle of SAP implementation and support, with a primary focus on the Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) module. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- End-to-End Implementation: Lead and manage the blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, specifically mastering CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) and Product Costing (CO-PC) with a core focus on Controlling (40% FI / 60% CO).
- Business Analysis & Consultation: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and key users to capture business requirements, analyze complex financial processes, and consolidate them into robust SAP solutions.
- System Optimization: Design and implement CO-PA reporting structures (Cost-based and Account-based) to provide deep insights into product, customer, and market segment profitability.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide high-tier support for system integration, troubleshoot complex system defects, and prevent system breakdowns during period-end closings.
- Training & Mentorship: Lead end-user training sessions, deliver explicit documentation, and mentor junior consultants within the team to upgrade the collective technical stack.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of solid experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with at least 2 full-cycle implementation projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep grasp of SAP CO-PA configuration, valuation using material costing, profit center accounting, and allocation cycles.
- Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal),
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA private cloud is a plus.
- Workplace Dynamics: Ability to work 100% on-site at the Binh Thanh office.
