JOB DESCRIPTION

• First level of IT service support and act as a single point of contact for IT Incident & Request.
  Take care/Supervise IT implementation for projects such as: Network (LAN + WiFi), Server, Printer,…etc.
• Deliver IT Support to Project members (hardware, software, printer,…).
• Responsible to co-ordinate with Factory engineering, Market IT, Regional IT support teams.
• Working with suppliers to fulfill IT infrastructure implementation for the project.
• Any assignment IT tasks from Market IT Platforms manager which relating to the project.
• Implement, Configure & Manage IS/IT systems, Server room, IT Fix Assets for Factory project.
• Troubleshooting and solving IT Support problems then updating ticket in ServiceNow system.
• Provide basic IT training to end-users.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree in computer or related field.
• 3+ YOE with similar positions.
• Good at English skills (speaking and writing).
• MCSA and CCNA certifications are preferred.
• Have ISO 27001 (ISMS) knowledge is preferred.
• Understand basic concept of ITIL especially IT Infrastructure management system process.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 & SQL Database, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare Server, Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive,…), Network, wireless troubleshooting (Cisco, Aruba).
• Good at communication skill via email, team work.
• Onsite Amatar Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Pro (Mon-Fri / 8:30-17:30).
