Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Leader/Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of banking, particular data analytics, projects within our solutions. The Leader/Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analytics solutions. This role requires a strong background in data analytics, project management, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with team members to execute project tasks effectively.

2. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Build and lead cross-functional project teams comprising data analysts, data engineers, quality assurance and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and effective communication.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Identify project stakeholders and establish strong relationships.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Ensure stakeholders are involved in decision-making processes.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Generate comprehensive project reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference.

5. Solutioning

• Coordinate with different technology group to establish and support banking or data solutioning to clients. 
• Consult and support build organization data analytic compentence align with business development strategy.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
• Proven experience as a Leader/Project Manager, particularly recommended in data analytics projects 
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics is a plus. Example.

• Data Visualization tool: Tableu, PowerBI, Qlikview
• Statistical Analytic Software: understand fundamental of satatistical analysis, predictive models, data exploration. 
• Big Data frameworks
• Datawarehousing, data integration tools. 
• Foundation of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• Cloud platform fundamental: such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP.

• Years of experience: minimal 4+ years of experience in the field. 
• Language: fluent English is required.
